This established seasonal opportunity offers the chance to trade from a popular location in one of South London's most visited parks, serving local residents and visitors throughout the festive season.

Crystal Palace Park welcomes almost one million visits each year and plays a central role in the local community. The Trust is looking for an operator who can provide a welcoming and professionally managed Christmas tree sales offer that enhances the festive atmosphere of the park while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The successful operator will be granted permission to trade from a designated area within the park.
We are particularly interested in proposals that demonstrate:
- A high-quality and attractive site presentation
- Excellent customer service
- Strong environmental and sustainability credentials
- Experience delivering seasonal retail operations
- Innovative ideas that enhance the visitor experience
- A commitment to working collaboratively with the Trust

Term: Three years
Trading period: Mid-November to 24 December annually
