We are seeking an experienced and ambitious food and beverage operator to deliver a high-quality café and complementary pop-up offer within Crystal Palace Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to establish and grow a destination business in a landmark setting, with the potential to evolve into a wider, multi-site operation over time.
Following significant investment in the park’s landscape, heritage and visitor experience, 2026 marks a pivotal moment in its transformation. With over one million visitors each year and a growing programme of events and cultural activity, the park offers a strong and diverse customer base, from daily local users to large-scale festival audiences.
The successful operator will take on a year-round café operation on the Concert Platform, developing a welcoming and strong core offer that serves park visitors throughout the day and into the evening during peak seasons. In addition, there is an opportunity to introduce a flexible and seasonal pop-up concept in Jubilee Garden.
We are looking for a partner with a clear and distinctive concept, strong operational capability, and the ambition to grow alongside the park.
