We are looking to appoint an event production company and/or creative communications agency to deliver a vibrant range of activations and brand campaign to celebrate the end of the 'once in a park's lifetime' regeneration works in Crystal Palace Park.

2026 is a major year for Crystal Palace Park as the multimillion pound regeneration programme is completed. Major capital works across the dinosaurs and historic Italian Terraces are due to complete in Summer 2026 and will bring improvements, restoration and a new Dinosaur Playground and Visitor Centre - this is the start of a new era for the park.
We are keen to celebrate this milestone year and the fascinating and eclectic history and heritage of the park with our diverse local communities from the surrounding five London boroughs; day trippers from other areas of London and the Southeast; and key stakeholders.
We are therefore looking for a company (or companies working in partnership) who can work with us to create a Celebratory Festival of Crystal Palace Park – starting with a vibrant reopening weekend in July 2026, followed by an ongoing series of inclusive events, experiences and activations that run for the rest of 2026 and that are as unique, inspiring and surprising as Crystal Palace Park itself.
These celebrations will mark the culmination of 18 months of works across the park, will cement Crystal Palace Park Trust as the new custodians of this special historic landscape, and will invite visitors to join (and support) us as we continue the park’s development.
There are 200 acres to play with, and we want to celebrate in every corner!
The Trust is keen to hear from event production, communications and marketing, and placemaking companies excited by the creative opportunities our unique heritage, history and locality offer.
